I don't make stereotypes, I see them. Like tonight.

SINGAPOREANS* = KIASU

*Singaporeans - half-bred or imported players given with Singaporean nationality.

Kiasu = a Chinese adjective used to describe a person's fear of losing out (to someone else). Kiasu is a traditional Chinese word, but is most popular in Singapore. It translates roughly as "scared to lose".

Example: Liking the real green grass too much.

my boss always use that word "kiasu" i don't know what it means until i read here.. haha.. thanx are! :)
